Born and raised-up on Larrakia Country and now on beautiful Boorloo Noongar boodjar, Barb is a proud Aboriginal playwright, poet and co-author of Worlds Within a World. Utilising her ancestral connections of Yawuru, Gija, and Irish, Scottish, Czech, Greek, English roots, she crafts bold stories, some for onstage, others on the page, her moderation is hoping to inspire sparks of curiosity, connection and wonder for this years’ Festival of Fiction authors.
