Jo loves stretching on her yoga mat, obsesses over homemade savoury bakes, and cannot function without potatoes (in any form). Jo can usually be found (when not in a downward dog, or her kitchen), snuggled with her cat – binge-watching a period drama, or devouring a gripping historical fiction, or gritty crime novel.
