Joel Naoum is Publishing Director at Hachette Australia. Joel began his career as an Editorial Assistant at Pan Macmillan and quickly rose to become Publisher of Momentum, their digital-first press. Following this, Naoum launched Critical Mass, a consultancy focused on guiding authors and publishers through the complexities of traditional and self-publishing. Most recently, Naoum served as Chief Merchandise Officer at Booktopia. He will be taking pitches on Sunday 22 November.
