Sasha Wasley was born and raised in Boorloo (Perth). She holds a PhD in feminist literature and loves nature, Jane Austen and puns. She writes contemporary and historical fiction and spends her spare time mentoring aspiring authors. Sasha likes nothing more than doing research, unless it’s exploring, going on adventures or discovering new sights.
Sasha’s debut novel was published in 2015. She is an advocate for literacy and a WA Ambassador for Books in Homes Australia, promoting early book ownership for life success. Because she can’t seem to constrain herself to one genre, she also writes young adult and middle grade novels as Ash Harrier.
